REMINDER TO LIGHTHOUSE CAMERA CLUB MEMBERS:

We have a speaker workshop this Wednesday (Feb. 22) at 6:00 p.m.

at the North Palm Beach Public Library meeting room.

This program is for members of the Lighthouse Camera Club, only.

Julie Adair King, author, instructor and photographer, will join us for

What’s Wrong with this Picture and How to Fix it”.

Julie has brought the joy of photography to millions of camera enthusiasts and is the bestselling author of many books about digital imaging, including For Dummies guides to Nikon, Canon, and Olympus digital cameras. She also has penned books about Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, and photo retouching.

Julie is not only an entertaining instructor, but will try to answer your questions relative to this topic and your camera functions after her presentation.  When not writing, she offers photography and photo-editing workshops as well as private instruction, and has taught at top photography schools including the Palm Beach Photographic Centre.  A native of Ohio and a graduate of Purdue University, Ms. King resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with her new rescued puppy, “Jimmy”.

Feel free to bring a beverage (coffee, water, bourbon, etc., but only in a closed container, please), to sip during the program.  Remember to bring your dues ($30) if you have not already paid them for 2023.  And, since we have a speaker, please try to arrive on time and turn off your cell phones.

See you there,

Dina
