HOLIDAY PARTY

We are now planning our annual Holiday Party. It’s early, but we want to put together a team of Members we can count on to help set up and clean up. The meeting room always needs to be left as we found it when we leave. In the past it has always fallen to the Board/spouses to do this which just isn’t fair to us. We work hard all year and think it is only fair that Members help out more. At our BBQ this year, for the first time, everyone helped clean up and it was a breeze! Please volunteer to help out! …..and a BIG thank you for those members that already volunteered!!!! The Club will supply the main course, C. R. CHICKS, and each member is asked to bring a dish to share……appetizers, sides or deserts. Attached is a sign up sheet…Please email me back what you are bringing.

ANNUAL CLUB PICNIC

The annual Club picnic will be at Jonathon Dickinson State Park on Saturday, February 8 at noon. We all have had a great time at the past picnics. Lots to eat and lots to photograph. As always the club will supply the hot dogs, hamburgers and buns and we ask every member to bring a dish to share, appetizers, sides or desserts. Some members even bring surprises (like alligator sausages). It is early but we are attaching a sign up sheet so you can notify us what you are bringing.
