OUR NEXT MEETING IS ON TUESDAY, MARCH 15, AT 6:00 PM

THIS MONTH’S THEME IS MEMBER’S CHOICE; SO PLEASE SEND JEFF 5-10 GREAT IMAGES OF ANYTHING YOU WANT. PLEASE SEND AT 72 dpi WITH THE LONG SIDE AT 1000-1500 PIXELS

AT THIS MEETING WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A MEMBER INVOLVED MEETING. WE HOPE TO SHARE IDEAS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW YOUR DIFFERENT CAMERAS OPERATE AND MAYBE SOME BASIC HINTS ON EASIER AND FASTER WAYS TO ADJUST SETTINGS WHILE TAKING PICTURES!

YOU MUST BRING YOUR CAMERA!!

WE MAY ALSO HAVE SOME TUTORIALS THAT WILL GREATLY HELP IN THE OPERATION OF YOUR CAMERA!

THEY CLUB HAS RECEIVED SOME FANTASTIC GIFT ITEMS FOR OUR 50-50!

Great Holiday Party

We had a great holiday party and would like to welcome the new members that joined our club tonight.

The gift exchange was full of fabulous images some were signed by the photographer and some were not, at least the two I received.

Here they are.

 

Who ever this mysterious photographer is I want to thank you for the gift. These are truly beautiful images.

 

A big thank you to the club board members for organizing this and all the other events throughout the year. If any members are interested in becoming a board member please let us know.

IT IS TIME FOR OUR ANNUAL LIGHTHOUSE CAMERA CLUB EXHIBITION AT THE JUPITER COMMUNITY CENTER .

THE EXHIBIT WILL BE UP FROM OCTOBER 2, 2015 THRU NOVEMBER 13, 2015 AT THE JUPITER COMMUNITY CENTER

YOU MUST SEND THE COMPLETED FORM TO FAYE SCHRECENGOST, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ASSURE A PLACE IN THE EXHIBIT.

I SUGGEST THAT YOU SEND THE FORM AND THE $10 ENTRY FEE TO FAYE EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF THE IMAGES YOU WILL ENTER….YOU CAN FOLLOW UP WITH THAT INFO.

ALL WORK MUST HAVE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TITLE OF WORK AND PRICE SECURELY TAPED TO THE BACK AND HAVE A WIRE ON FRAME READY TO HANG OR THE WORK WILL NOT BE EXHIBITED!

WORK MUST BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 28 BETWEEN 9AM-12PM

WORK MUST BE PICKED UP ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 16 BETWEEN 9AM-12PM

THE OPENING RECEPTION WILL BE ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2015 FROM 6:00 PM TO 7:30 PM
