Last Nights Learning Session

Club Picnic

HI ALL:

JUST A REMINDER THAT THE CLUB PICNIC IS SATURDAY FEB 10 AT JONATHON DICKENSON STATE PARK.

THE FUN WILL START AT 12:00 NOON AND WE ARE IN THE ‘KITCHEN CREEK’ PAVILION.

THE CLUB WILL SUPPLY THE HOT DOS, HAMBURGERS AND BUNS AND EACH MEMBER NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN DRINKS AND A DISH TO SHARE. IT CAN BE SIDES, SALADS OR DESSERTS!

WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING SO WE CAN PLAN THE FOOD QUANTITIES!

Palm Beach Zoo Club Meetup was Awesome!!!!

Hello LCC members,

Saturdays meet up at the Palm Beach Zoo was fantastic! We have been receiving some of our members images which are great!

There were about 50-60 members that attended.

 

  • If you attended and have not sent images you can send 5-10 images
  • sized at 1200PX on the long side with resolution of 72dpi
  • To jefforns@comcast.net  and  CC: lighthousecameraclub@gmail.com
  • We will select photos for a poster that will be presented to the Palm Beach Zoo
  • I will create a Gallery Page for the images here on our website

January 2018 Club Meeting Info

Hello LCC Members,

Our next club meeting is on Tuesday January 9 at 6PM at the North Palm Beach Library.

Our monthly photo assignment is ‘BLACK & WHITE’

The photo assignment images must be sent by Sunday Jan 7

Send images to  jefforns@comcast.net up to ten images sized 72 dpi with the long side 1000-1200 PIXELS!.. If you do not know how to resize and export your images please let us know so we can help you! Also, images must be sent as attachments…..Not  embedded in the e-mail!

OUR PROGRAM WAS SCHEDULED TO BE WILLIAM LEONARD’S ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY. WILLIAM HAS SOME MEDICAL ISSUES AND WON’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND. SO, OUR PROGRAM WILL BE PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY BY OUR OWN PRESIDENT SANDRA WITH THE ABLE ASSISTANCE OF ROBERT EUSTICE.

We will also discuss setting dates for the following upcoming meet ups.
